11:00 am Underground German Heritage Tour

12:00 pm Celtic Culture Fest at Union Station

Lunch at the Food Court

1:00 pm Museum

3:15 pm Depart for Hotel / Check-In (Marriott, Mason, Ohio)

4:00 pm Rehearsal

6:00 pm Pizza Party at the Marriott

7:00 pm Depart for Middletown Symphony

7:30 pm Performance in Lobby

8:00 pm Middletown Symphony Performance (Mahler No. 4)

10:00 pm Back to hotel.  Sleep.

9:00 am Wake-up / Breakfast

10:00 am Board Games with Sandy

11:00 am Joint Rehearsal with Partner Group

1:00 pm Catered Lunch / Check out

1:30 pm Leave for Concert

2:00 pm Concert

4:00 pm Reception and Depart for Bloomington

Fundraising helped raise $220 for scholarships and travel assistance.  These generous sponsors were listed on the back of the tour t-shirt.  Special thanks to everyone who helped.

Also, several parents participated in the SCRIP and AD rebate program for the tour.  Totals raised to help pay for these fees was $110.  Three participants worked hard throughout the season to get their costs lowered.  Congratulations!

TOUR FUNDRAISER (SCRIP and REBATE program will continue for future programs.)

SCRIP:   The funds generated are based on your participation.  Each store that you purchase SCRIP from donates a certain percentage to the non-profit organization (anywhere from 4% of your purchase to 18%).  Look for more info soon.  MAYO has had over $2,000 in orders placed in the short history of this program.  You can now participate by purchasing MARSH scrip, SCRIP NOW brands such as CVS Pharmacy or LOWES (buy and receive on the same day), and RELOAD brands (some gas stations, Starbucks).

AD REBATE:  Help sell ads for the program book.

NAME LISTING SPONSORS - sell a name listing on the tour t-shirt.  Monies raised will support scholarships and offset the cost of transportation.
