The MAYO Board of Directors is seeking new members. Now is the time to let us know how you want to be involved --- membership requires a commitment to attend at least 4 board meetings a year, attendance at MAYO events, and to take an active role in one area that interests you most such as concert planning, marketing, or music committee.
The new board becomes active in August 2010.

MAYO will be switching to spring auditions. Some parents were confused by this switch. We decided to change the audition time frame to help with summer planning. We will be able to pick the repertoire sooner, provide parts in early August, and make crucial decisions about the orchestra rehearsal structure.
If you can make the dates, perfect! If you are a returning MAYO member can cannot make the audition, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will count you in on next year's roster.
Seating auditions will take place in August. We will also hold another round of new student auditions in August. It's important to hear everyone - new and returning student --- so be sure to schedule a time.
We plan on doing on-site auditions in Morgan County again this year.
