Meetings of the MAYO Board of Directors are held a minimum of four times per year as per our bylaws.
Meeting dates and times are held as agreed upon by the Board. If a quorum of Board members is not present, a meeting may be conducted electronically.
Correspondence or intended agendas should be submitted to the Board President prior to a scheduled meeting to make sure appropriate time is set aside on the meeting agenda. Business not submitted in advance may be brought to the meeting and addressed as New Business as time allows.
Board meetings are open to the public, and we encourage anyone who supports MAYO to come and be a part of the conversation. Exciting things are coming to our program, but we need YOU to keep our organization moving forward!
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Up to nine members may sit on the MAYO Board. Applications for nomination of new Board members can be accepted at any time and will be considered for nomination if there is a vacancy. All nominations will be approved by the Board.
