Yes!  This is the final rehearsal leading up to the concert!  Here's what the week should look like for us.  Let me see, aside from practicing your parts every day, we'll be doing the following:
Monday, November 16th.  Rehearsal at BHSN from 6:30 - 9:30
Sunday, November 22, Warm-up at 1:00 - 2:30
Sunday, November 22, Concert at 3:00

It has been getting a little noisy during rehearsals.  A reminder to pay attention even when you doin't think the comments are directed at you or your section.  It iwll help make our last rehearsal better and progress made faster.

I know this may not sound like anything new but, please note the following:
Strings: Work on Mozart, learning more of the notes, especially in 2nd violins.  Also, Venus needs intonation improvements.  Violas need to be more secure in their solo passages.
Woodwinds: Become more familiar with the tutti sections of the Elgar.  Also work on Venus, intonation needs to be tighter.
Brass: Work on Mars, Jupiter, Elgar, and Star Wars
